Associate Director

The right candidate is someone with a passion for media and technology and has an entrepreneurial spirit. He or she will train and supervise planners in all media (TV, print, OOH, and digital).

    On any given day you might
  • Work directly with the Group Media Director to ensure the quality of work and best practices of TMK’s offering.
  • Develop, manage and execute strategic media initiatives including planning, buying, strategy and analysis.
  • Provide media measurement/metrics evaluations and optimization recommendations.
  • Ensure that client goals, budgets, and target audiences are reached.
  • Develop, train, and oversee Strategists and Associate Strategists on relevant accounts.
    The ideal person
  • A passion to learn and stay on top of emerging trends.
  • 5+ years experience in media planning (buying, negotiating, strategy, planning), including in digital media.
  • Leadership skills must be previously demonstrated and superior.
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong communication, project management and time management skills.
  • Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to write demonstrable POVs and/or White Papers on digital media technologies or trends.
  • Working knowledge of Atlas (ad-serving), Comscore and MRI.
