The Media Kitchen, is seeking a Recruiter to partner with our leadership team and identify amazing talent. The right candidate will be skilled at sourcing the best people to join our group and bring that special something to TMK. We hire great, nice, talented media professionals. Our people are entrepreneurially driven, curious, quirky, kind, fun and collaborative.

    On any given day you might
  • Manage the candidate process, which includes: sourcing, screening, evaluating skill levels, managing the offer process, conducting reference checks, providing salary recommendations, creating offer letters and onboarding new employees
  • Source active and passive candidates at ALL levels through various channels and mediums
  • Help implement processes to create an outstanding interview experience for every candidate we work with
  • Establish and maintain communications process within TMK, the talent team, and finance/operations
  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand and define hiring needs and establish effective processes to support those goals
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process
  • Partner with talent team on talent acquisition related initiatives and collaborate on improving current talent acquisition processes
  • Communicate constantly with candidates throughout the process and be their advocate
    The ideal person
  • MUST have media experience - this is critical for success in the role
  • Has 8-10 years of experience recruiting, specifically in media
  • Has proven their ability to forge relationships and gain trust with candidates, hiring managers, and talent team
  • Managed and successfully hired a high volume of roles in a fast paced environment
  • Must be versatile, flexible, understanding and detail oriented
  • Can seek lasting innovative solutions rather than quick fixes
  • Has a high degree of critical thinking skills
