Challenge

Introduce a new store concept, Lane Style Studios, and understand the impact of media in driving incremental visits to the 40 store locations that were part of the concept launch

Insight

To address both parts of the challenge, media needed to be attention grabbing & engaging, but also hyper targeted and measurable

Solution

We enlisted three media partners that could hyper target a plus-size shopper near one of the 40 store locations and also allowed for engaging and higher impact placements to introduce Lane Style Studios. We overlaid the same foot traffic attribution study across all three partners to understand how the campaign holistically drove traffic

Result

  • The Lane Style Studios launched successfully, with campaign efforts driving a 32% lift in store traffic
